We’re currently seeking a Sr. Video Producer to join our Headquarters team!
In this role you will be responsible for developing high-quality video and multimedia content to support training initiatives, internal communications and Marketing. This role collaborates with subject matter experts and team members to design and produce a variety of engaging, informative materials that support organizational learning goals and communicate key messages effectively across the company
What You Will Do:
Content Creation & Production:
Write or collaborate on the creation of video and voice-over narration scripts Film, edit, and produce high quality audio and video content Design and incorporate motion graphics into video content Interpret storyboards and translate concepts into compelling animated or live-action content Develop animated content (e.g., screencasts, storyline animations) for use in video tutorials and eLearning courseworkProject Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with field personnel and subject matter experts to gather relevant content and high-quality assets Manage multi-media project workflows, establish timelines, and set stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives Drive projects autonomously, owning deliverables from concept through completion with minimal supervisionCreative Strategy & Consultation:
Lead creative strategy and provide consultation on multi-media solutions for training, internal communications, and Marketing initiatives Support other departments such as communications, marketing, and operations with multimedia needs, as requiredTeam Leadership, Innovation & Operational Support:
Mentor junior team members and support the development of video production best practices Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and learning design Recommend innovative solutions to enhance learning experiences Perform administrative tasks, manage files, maintain equipment, and complete other duties as neededHow You Will Shine:
Bachelor’s degree in media production, communications or related field 5–10 years of experience in multi-media production, with focus on training, education, or corporate communications 2 years of working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Proficiency with a variety of recording equipment (e.g., cameras, lighting, audio gear) Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Articulate Storyline and Vyond Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines independently High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work is essential Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment Willingness to work in the field as needed to collect footage or collaborate with subject matter experts Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge of accessibility standards
