Job Description Insight Global is seeking a UX Researcher for a Big 5 Banking client. You will be responsible for conducting user research and analyzing data to inform multiple product designs (specifically for a redesign of the homebuyer journey with the bank). You will work closely with the design team from ideation to launch in order to implement design choices that improve user experience. You will also be responsible for developing a well-crafted research plan with clear research objectives, writing usability research screeners and discussion guides, and recruiting targeted end-users for specific research studies. You will be expected to write clear, informative reports outlining goals, methods, and results. Skills and Requirements 5+ years professional experience in strictly UX Research roles Private sector research experience Experience delivering research data to senior executives Mixed Methods experience (usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, moderated and unmoderated interviews, etc.) End-to-end product experience, supporting designs from ideation to launch Strength in clearly presenting research, justifying ideas in cross-functional settings, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
