Promotions are a key part of the Amazon flywheel: they bring excitement and value to customers, drive sales for selling partners, and grow Amazon’s long-term free cash flow (LTFCF). The Selling Partner Promotions organization sits at the center of the seller, vendor, and customer experiences to influence what promotions are sourced for our customers. This role will support in defining the product strategy and design of the the sourcing experience for promotions for all sets of users (Sellers, Vendors, internal users). This role will own design for multiple promotion types such as Coupons, Deals, BxGy, and Price Discounts. As a design leader, you will work with the product team to help set the long-term vision and design new product experiences to step change seller and vendor business outcomes and influence our end customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate with our product and tech teams to create great designs that are visible to WW users and meet measurable business goals and requirements.
• Create user-centered designs by considering customer feedback, usability findings and market analysis. Use customer feedback, business requirements and market research to assist in developing use cases, high-level requirements. Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, workflows, wireframes, visual mockups, prototypes, and detailed user-interface specifications.
• Serve as a leader of 'Voice of the Customer' among the product team by establishing listening mechanisms and key research channels to better inform our product designs and strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
