Sr. Treasury Analyst - Financial Resiliency team

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst for the Financial Resiliency team. The team is responsible for leading, directing and ensuring completion of financial forecasts that accompany the firm-wide stress testing, capital planning, and recovery & resolution planning exercises. The team also supports strategic, high-profile enterprise projects.


In this role, you will:

Lead the drafting of financial projection sections for CCAR, Recovery, and Resolution Plan narratives which will be submitted to Regulatory Agencies Assist with financial forecasting for various stress scenariosManage process and control documentationCollaborate with various teams, including Liquidity, Capital, Corporate Development, LOB Finance teams, RMG, RRPO, BSIRRM, FRM, Corporate Tax, etc. to resolve issues and achieve goalsMake decisions in maintaining effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets internal control standardsRecommend opportunities and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managersPerform work on significant and unique issues involving data and evaluation or highly complex situations


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience4+ years Financial Institution/Banking experience


Desired Qualifications:

A BS/BA degree or higherStrong understanding of the strategic, financial, capital, liquidity, risk and credit sides of banking and knowledge of Wells Fargo's balance sheet/product offeringsExperience creating narrative documentation for regulatory submissionsExperience understanding regulatory guidance and translating into deliverablesExperience with governance and control requirements for regulatory and risk reportingAbility to articulate and present financials, projects and data in a clear, succinct manner with the ability to influence decisionsAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantKnowledge and understanding of quarterly baseline forecasting, stress testing, capital planning, recovery and resolution planningStrong communication and writing skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsExperience with forecasting tools Essbase/DodecaPassion to learn new skills including new software/toolsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracySolid critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosityCPA, CFA, MBA

Job Expectations:

Work hybrid schedule in one of the locations listedSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
