About the team and the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detailed Sr. Travel & Expense Accountant  to support our global expense management and travel program. This role is responsible for reviewing employee expense reports, carrying out travel policy compliance, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of reimbursements. The analyst will also work closely with employees, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and improve the T&E process.

What you will accomplish:

Audit and process employee travel and expense reports in compliance with corporate policies.Ensure timely reimbursement of expenses and company guidelines.Support users in resolving T&E issues and call out non-compliance when necessary.Coordinate and reconcile corporate card programs, including monthly reporting and compliance tracking.Analyze T&E data to identify spending trends, cost-saving opportunities, and policy gaps.Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the expense reporting system (e.g., Concur, SAP/S4Hana).Train employees and our external partners on T&E policy and system use.Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Procurement teams to align processes and reporting.Prepare reports for internal partners and support external audit requests.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on Travel and Expense management.Proficiency in expense management systems such as Concur and SAP/S4Hana.Dedication to working our Hybrid Model with 3 days per week onsite in our Austin, Texas officeStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with corporate card programs and reconciliation processes.Knowledge of global travel policies and compliance standards is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$70,000 - $120,700

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
