Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development , they will design and deliver technical courses and skill-based training that align to learning and development priority of the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small-scale training programLead or support quick wins process improvements and initiatives that will improve learning and development operationsLead or support in conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses/sWork and develop relationships with trainers, consultants and learning business partners in delivering function or organization wide learning and development programs or initiativesAssist in completing the learning numbers and reporting of function and entire organizationPerform and administer external training by connecting to vendors to support the learning and development priorities of the functionFacilitate technical courses and high-priority courses to the employees and/or leadersCreate and maintain a variety of training documents and aidsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business-related course/programs.Must have at least 4-5 years’ experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and or related fields combined1-2 years of relevant work experience in managing and executing programsExperience in process improvement and project management is a plusExperience in eLearning instructional design is a plusPreferred Qualifications:
Strong Program Design, Delivery and EvaluationExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsAgile project management skillsAbility to proactively respond to situationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsIntermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must). Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.When you join our team:
