The Sr. Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training strategies and programs aligned with Finance Operations / Global Accounts Receivables GAR objectives. This role will drive innovation in learning delivery through technology adoption while managing end-to-end training programs for GAR staff skill development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex training initiatives, leveraging technology solutions, and demonstrating customer obsession through data-driven program design and measurable outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
• Build, deliver, and improve AR training solutions in partnership with Business Leaders, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts
• Drive end-to-end development and management of learning solutions aligned with organizational competency frameworks
• Leverage emerging technologies, including Gen AI, to enhance training delivery and effectiveness
• Build partnerships with stakeholders across global FinOps AR teams to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and future-focused
• Design and deliver blended learning experiences comprising virtual instructor-led training (vILT), in-person sessions, and digital learning solutions
• Implement innovative learning approaches using current and emerging technologies
• Drive adoption of various learning platforms/paths across multiple sites
• Optimize training delivery through automation and technology solutions
• Utilize data analytics to measure training effectiveness and ROI
• Develop and deploy improvement actions based on learner feedback and program metrics
• Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder consultation
• Create and maintain program dashboards for tracking key performance indicators
• Partner with global teams to ensure training alignment with business needs
• Lead change management efforts for new training initiatives
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and learning solution providers
• Coordinate with Tech teams for technology implementation
