Daily activities include running stand-ups, managing program timelines, and solving technical and operational challenges. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, managing technical debt, and driving strategic initiatives while balancing competing priorities. Key responsibilities involve stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. Success requires strong technical judgment, effective communication, and leadership skills. Sr. TPMs must navigate both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic goals while maintaining program momentum and meeting business objectives. Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Are you a US Military Veteran? The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
