About This Role

As the Senior TPM in Global Corporate Procurement (GCP) Tech org, you'll lead the effort to revamp Amazon's existing procurement landscape by building new, innovative applications from the ground up. This initiative will revolutionize how Amazonians purchase what they need to do their jobs, combining advanced search capabilities, AI-powered assistance, and streamlined approvals into a cohesive procurement ecosystem.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind one of Amazon's most impactful internal initiatives. Success means expertly balancing strategic program leadership with hands-on execution. You'll develop comprehensive program plans that align multiple engineering teams and business stakeholders toward common goals. Through your strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, you'll identify potential risks early and drive mitigation strategies to keep the program on track.

* Leading end-to-end program delivery while managing complex dependencies across multiple engineering and business teams

You'll be joining a dedicated engineering team within Global Corporate Procurement (GCP) Tech, part of the Finance Automation organization. Our team is focused on a complete overhaul of Amazon's procurement systems – building modern solutions from the ground up to replace existing applications.
