**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Web App Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Domain experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to ensure functionality reliability and performance. + Develop and maintain test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement. + Utilize SNOW for incident management and tracking of testing activities. + Implement and manage various testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process. + Perform manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to validate system workflows. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Rally to manage and track testing tasks and progress. + Use HP ALM for test management including test planning execution and defect tracking. + Leverage Jira for issue tracking and project management to ensure timely resolution of defects. + Apply basic programming skills to create and execute automated test scripts. + Ensure thorough documentation of test cases results and defects for future reference. + Provide detailed test reports and analysis to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. + Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and quality. + Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in web application testing and ensuring high-quality deliverables. + Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting to monitor and improve testing outcomes. + Have hands-on experience with SNOW for managing incidents and tracking testing activities. + Show expertise in various testing tools and frameworks to optimize the testing process. + Exhibit skills in manual end-to-end BPA testing to validate business workflows. + Utilize Rally effectively for managing and tracking testing tasks and progress. + Be proficient in using HP ALM for comprehensive test management. + Demonstrate capability in using Jira for issue tracking and project management. + Apply basic programming knowledge to develop and execute automated test scripts. + Maintain thorough documentation of test cases results and defects. + Provide clear and detailed test reports to stakeholders. + Participate actively in requirement reviews to enhance testability and quality. + Continuously seek opportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies.
