**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Java Python and testing tools along with domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires proficiency in Portuguese and English and involves day shifts with no travel obligations. **Responsibilities** + Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality. + Develop and execute test plans and test cases for various projects. + Utilize Java and Python to automate test scripts and improve testing efficiency. + Analyze test metrics and reporting to identify areas for improvement. + Perform device testing to ensure compatibility across different platforms. + Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and enhance product quality. + Implement testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes. + Maintain documentation of test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. + Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in testing. + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in Portuguese and English. + Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies. + Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing capabilities. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate proficiency in Java and Python for test automation. + Exhibit strong understanding of test metrics and reporting techniques. + Possess experience in device testing and compatibility assessments. + Have a solid grasp of testing tools and frameworks. + Show basic programming skills to support testing activities. + Bring domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
