Job Description

You will report to a Project Manager and will work from our Electronic City, Bengaluru Office in Hybrid work model.

Your Responsibilities:

Take technical ownership of modules/features and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Design and implement robust backend logic, REST APIs, and data models using Python frameworks . collaborating with Frontend teams as needed

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and domain experts to deliver technical solutions.

Provide reliable effort estimates for development and ensure delivery.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Communicate progress on assigned work, highlight challenges, and suggest technical improvements within the team.

Leverage your technical expertise to contribute to solutions using technologies Python, Java, SQL, Big Data, or AI.

Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of team practices and code quality.

Review code, mentor junior developers, and support best practices in software development.

Stay updated with the latest advancements; recommend and contribute to adoption of modern tools and libraries.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

7+ years of experience with a strong focus on backend technologies and systems.

Deep expertise in backend programming or similar backend systems, with experience using python frameworks

Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

Strong database skills with SQL (Postgres, MySQL, etc.) and familiarity with ORMs (e.g., SQL Alchemy) and Data Modelling

Proven ability to write efficient, clean, and scalable server-side code in Python.

Familiarity with DevOps/CICD and cloud deployment in a Python environment.

Education qualification: UG/PG (B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA).

Experience using tools like JIRA, Scrum, or Azure DevOps as a team member.

Technical skills in one or more: Python, Java, SQL, Big Data, Data Science, AI.

Experience working in Agile teams.

Good to have domain exposure – Pharma/ Manufacturing/ Environmental
