**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud Industries OM Industries CPQ Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. A background in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce Communication Cloud. + Provide expertise in Industries OM and CPQ to optimize business processes. + Implement and manage Omnistudio for enhanced user experiences. + Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. + Ensure seamless SFDC Integration with other enterprise systems. + Manage SFDC Configuration to maintain system stability and performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. + Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions. + Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. + Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization. + Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud and Industries OM. + Have experience with Industries CPQ and Omnistudio. + Show proficiency in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration. + Exhibit skills in SFDC Configuration to ensure optimal system performance. + Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. + Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. + Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Adaptability to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule. **Certifications Required** Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
