As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for ADAS Platform Software, you will drive execution across software development, integration, and release activities for our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. You’ll work closely with engineering leads, cross-functional partners, and other TPMs to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of software that powers Lucid’s next-generation driver assistance features.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ADAS platform software development activities across engineering teams.

Manage ADAS software integration with internal software modules, system engineering, and validation teams.

Drive software release planning, execution, and delivery for ADAS platform components.

Identify and remove bottlenecks, proactively escalating issues when needed to maintain program timelines.

Oversee testing logistics, including test benches, vehicles, and other validation resources.

Track and manage dependencies across cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.

Partner with TPMs, software engineers, QA/test engineers, and leads to define and maintain robust release management systems and processes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure program goals and milestones are met.

Qualifications

Proven experience in software program management or technical program management within engineering environments.

Strong knowledge of software development processes and life cycles.

Experience with embedded systems is essential.

Knowledge of ADAS compute hardware is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a focus on execution and delivery.

Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
