Sr. Technical Program-Project Analyst, PowerTrain

Additionally, we contribute to business development by providing essential technical analysis, strategic insights, and evaluating new opportunities.

We are currently looking for a Technical Project Analyst to oversee activities within the Lucid Technologies team. This position will report to and be guided by a TPM (Technical Project Manager). The ideal candidate will have a proactive, enthusiastic attitude and approach their work with energy and determination. We expect candidates to excel in their field, learn quickly, and consistently strive for excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You Will :

Developing Project Plans: Assist in outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Monitoring Project Progress: Track risks, issues, and action items to ensure timely and effective project execution. Creating Status Reports: Develop and maintain status reports and dashboards, synthesize project progress, highlight roadblocks, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Coordinating Communications: Facilitate meetings and communications between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress. Drive Problem Solving: Experience with quality and problem tools (e.g., structured problem-solving methods, 5 WHY, Fishbone diagrams, 8D, DFMEA, etc.) Collaborate cross-functionally with related departments (such as design engineering, supply chain, manufacturing etc.) to plan and execute the development of internal/external customer facing programs. Use project management tools to create project timelines, communicate key engineering tasks, requirements, track progress, and publish critical information promptly. Occasional travel both domestically and internationally.

 You Bring:

BS in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field. 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations Strong organizational and time management skills. Analytical thinking to identify critical paths, dependencies, and risks in projects. Collaborative teamwork skills for effective cross-functional engagement. Strong knowledge of program management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Atlassian, or equivalent). Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced technical environment. Flexible and can-do attitude.  Exposure to APQP/PPAP, NPI, or stage-gate processes. Familiarity with metrics tracking for throughput, yield, and operational KPIs.Certificate in Project Management.
