**The Team and Role:**
**We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge video conferencing devices. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality products that integrate advanced audio, video, computer vision, and collaboration with partners (like Zoom and Teams).**
**This role requires hands-on technical leadership, driving progress in both hardware and software development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex, multidisciplinary environments, ensuring alignment between hardware manufacturability and software maturity.**

+ **Lead and manage global cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, mechanical, electrical, optical, audio) in the development of innovative conference room video devices.**
+ **Establish clear project plans, schedules, and cost targets for both hardware and software components, balancing aggressive goals with realistic risk management.**
+ **Collaborate with external manufacturing partners, ensuring readiness for pilot builds, material preparation, manufacturability (DFM/DFT), and quality testing.**
+ **Manage the full development process, from concept to production, including phase-gate and Agile/SCRUM methodologies, while driving software releases, QA validation, and issue triaging.**
+ **Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and tradeoffs, ensuring that critical issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.**
+ **Ensure effective communication and collaboration across internal functional teams, external partners, and contract manufacturers to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.**
+ **Foster a culture of flexibility and creative problem-solving, navigating resource constraints across multiple time zones while keeping team morale high.**
**Key Qualifications:**
**For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:**
+ **5+ years of experience in project management**
+ **Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams in the development of high volume electronics products**
+ **Strong technical background in developing hardware, firmware, and software, with the ability to guide teams through engineering challenges and make informed trade-offs.**
+ **Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience managing projects in a matrixed environment where team members report to functional managers.**
+ **Familiarity with manufacturing best practices, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT), and experience collaborating with external manufacturers to drive successful R&D builds.**
+ **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.**
+ **Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin**
+ **Willing to travel**
+ **Willing to work with teams across multiple time zones including Asia, Americas, and Europe.**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **Knowledge of video conferencing tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) and their certification requirements and processes.**
+ **Exposure in multi-cultural international company**
+ **Experience with Android-based devices, video/audio systems, and computer vision technologies.**
