As an TPM with Amazon, you will participate in designing appropriate technical solutions for business functions being automated using scalable technologies available in Amazon. You should be able to explore existing systems for reuse and guide the team in designing new systems with appropriate technology preferably scalable Native AWS technologies. You will work with product managers, SDE 3s and Principal engineers in designing, coding and delivering the solution. You will create innovative strategies to ensure smooth running of your product, prioritizing software improvements that drive bugs down and improve resiliency. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
