We are seeking a stellar senior technical program manager to join the Global Service Compliance (GSC) team supporting Amazon’s Project Kuiper. Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about technology, enjoys being continually challenged, and demonstrates sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.


Key job responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the implementation and improvement of tools and systems Kuiper implements to enable compliance with extensive compliance obligations. As a senior technical program manager, you will work closely with compliance colleagues, product management, and engineering partners to deliver tooling and system solutions that support Kuiper’s compliance efforts across GSC.

You will collaborate with Kuiper engineering (software and networking) teams to implement and modify relevant systems. You will lead large-scope technical operations projects, including implementing critical business initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

This position may be based in Bellevue, WA or Arlington, VA. Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.
