**Senior Talent Partner**
**About the Role**
As a Senior Talent Partner at Omnicell, you’ll be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, driving talent strategies that fuel innovation and growth. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, shape workforce planning, and champion inclusive hiring practices that reflect our values and mission. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored hiring solutions that align with business goals. Your ability to influence, innovate, and execute will directly impact our ability to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Strategic Talent Advising** Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and long-term talent goals. Provide consultative guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
+ **End-to-End Recruitment Leadership** Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer—ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience. Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to build diverse pipelines across technical and non-technical roles.
+ **Data-Driven Hiring Strategy** Use talent analytics to inform decisions, optimize time-to-fill, and improve quality of hire. Present insights and progress updates to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** Work closely with People Operations, L&D, and DEI teams to align hiring with onboarding, performance, and retention strategies. Contribute to broader talent initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle.
+ **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion** Embed DEI principles into every stage of the hiring process. Develop and execute strategies to attract underrepresented talent and foster a culture of belonging.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement** Build strong, transparent relationships with hiring managers and executive leaders. Act as a trusted advisor, offering proactive communication, market insights, and strategic counsel.
**Qualifications**
**Must-Have**
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including strategic partnership with hiring managers and sourcing teams
+ Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
+ Strong command of recruitment tools, ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Oracle), and sourcing strategies
+ Experience using data to drive hiring decisions and improve outcomes
+ Deep understanding of talent market trends, especially in technology and healthcare
+ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
**Nice-to-Have**
+ Experience leading or contributing to DEI hiring initiatives
+ Proficiency in tools like Eightfold, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and Excel
+ Project management experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
+ Comfort navigating change and ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset
**90-Day Success**
In your first 90 days, you will:
+ Build trust with key hiring managers and stakeholders across the business
+ Lead 3–5 active requisitions, delivering high-quality candidates and a strong candidate experience
+ Analyze and present hiring data to inform strategy and improve process efficiency
+ Partner with DEI and People teams to align on inclusive hiring practices
+ Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance recruiter/hiring manager collaboration
