Location: This position requires on-site presence at Ericsson Headquarters in Plano, Texas, three days per week.

About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to design and implement strategies that enhance our Talent Management agenda, focusing on performance, career mobility, inclusion, early career talent, leadership excellence, succession management, culture, and employee engagement. This role will be pivotal in attracting top industry talent to drive our business plan through effective Talent Acquisition strategies. The primary focus will be leading the Culture & Belonging agenda across the Americas Market Area, a crucial region for Ericsson in terms of sales, profitability, and technology development. The successful candidate will ensure that our culture pillars and company values are deeply embedded across the organization.

What you will do: Develop and Implement Culture and Belonging Strategy: Design and execute a strategy to foster inclusivity and belonging across all Americas locations.Align Initiatives with Mission and Values: Ensure culture and belonging efforts are consistent with the organization's overall mission and values.Employee Resource Group (ERG) Management: Oversee the establishment, growth, and effectiveness of ERGs, providing guidance and support to leaders to align with organizational goals and foster an inclusive environment.Employee Engagement: Lead design and action planning based on employee engagement survey results to enhance engagement and satisfaction.Workplace Inclusion Initiatives: Drive initiatives that promote equal opportunity and strong sense of belonging. (D&I SPOC global)Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, legal counselor and other stakeholders to embed culture and belonging initiatives throughout the organization.Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on culture, workplace inclusion, and belonging matters.Partner with other SMEs and HRBPs to improve existing staff recognition and reward programs.The skills you bring: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Sociology or any related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field Strong analytical skills and expertise in data visualization, capable of leveraging tools like AI and automation for simplification.Outstanding communication skills, able to present to large audiences and exhibit strong presence with senior stakeholders.Ability to inspire and motivate others, showing resilience and adaptability in driving change and overcoming obstacles.Strong stakeholder management, working across functions and teams, encouraging collaboration and open communication.Self-starter who is resourceful, takes ownership of projects, ensures successful execution, and holds self and others accountable for high-quality results.Understanding and respect for diverse cultures, particularly within the Americas market.Critical thinker focused on solving complex problems and achieving measurable outcomes.Language proficiency in English (strong), with Spanish preferred and Portuguese as a plus.
