Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world._ **Senior Talent Development Specialist – Carmel, IN** We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Sr. Talent Development Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative talent development programs that grow and enable the current and future capability needs of our Americas organization. This role will focus on aligning talent capabilities with business needs through targeted interventions, including skill assessments, training programs, and leadership development initiatives. This role will collaborate with and be a strong partner to the Americas HR partners and business leaders at all levels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to integrate and translate global talent development strategies with the specific talent needs of the Americas business. **What You Will Do:** · Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of talent development programs that meet the strategic goals of the Americas organization. Ensure these programs are innovative, effective, and aligned with both current and future capability needs. · Develop and conduct capability gap assessments to align talent capabilities with the specific business needs. Implement targeted interventions such as skill assessments, training programs, and leadership development initiatives, aligned with the Global Learning & Development talent strategy. · Oversee the integration of talent development programs, ensuring they deliver measurable outcomes and are effectively embedded into the business processes. · Apply strong project management skills to facilitate complex work, maintain stakeholder alignment, and develop comprehensive project schedules, plans, and timelines. · Engage with key stakeholders to communicate the value and impact of talent development initiatives, leveraging expertise and thought leadership in learning & development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning across the organization. · Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of talent development and workforce planning initiatives. · Utilize feedback and data analysis to continuously refine and enhance talent development strategies and programs, ensuring they remain relevant and effective. · Partner with HR and business leaders to align on business needs, develop comprehensive talent development plans, and coordinate strategies to achieve desired outcomes. **What You Will Need to Succeed:** · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. · 8+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or learning & development, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing training and development programs. · Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and driving measurable outcomes in talent development · Understanding of business operations and alignment of talent strategies with organizational goals. Demonstrated ability to partner with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational objectives. · Expertise in conducting skills assessments and gap analysis to identify talent needs. · Proficiency in developing and tracking performance metrics (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness. · Ability to analyze feedback and data to drive continuous improvement. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and foster collaboration. · Experience working with HR systems, learning management systems (LMS), and other talent development tools. · Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within an organization. · Experience in a bigger global commercial organization – highly matrixed environment preferred **Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:**   · You are seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.  With thousands of employees and customers around the world, there’s plenty of room to make an impact.
