Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Sales

Viant is looking for a versatile, energetic, and resourceful Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner with experience recruiting for sales positions in the AdTech industry to join our team. The focus will be on both sellers and sales leadership roles. This role is a key member of the talent team and will work with our Sales leadership across the company to meet their staffing needs by defining recruitment tactics, timelines, and the process to fill positions.
This position could be based out of Irvine, CA - Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY.THE DAY-TO-DAYPartner with business leaders and HR to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, ensuring hiring plans support immediate and long-term talent needsManage full-cycle recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboardingCultivate and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a personalized, timely, and inclusive candidate experienceDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies including passive outreach, referrals, and talent pipelining to build diverse talent poolsApply diverse recruitment methodologies and contribute to the development of scalable processes and toolsCollaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview structures, and coach on candidate evaluation best practicesMaintain data integrity across talent systems and monitor recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rateAct as a strategic partner to HR by supporting broader talent planning initiatives and contributing to company-wide workforce development GREAT TO HAVE5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting across different departmentsSales recruiting within ad tech/programmatic/digital media companies requiredMinimum 1-2 years of in-house recruiting experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of key recruiting methodologies including sourcing, candidate selection, negotiating, interviewing and screening in compliance with appropriate Federal and State regulationsMust have a desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic organizationAbility to adapt to a changing environment and conditions; ability to be collaborative, cross-functional and strategicDemonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountabilityExperience with applicant tracking systems (Lever knowledge preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods
