In this role you will be supporting areas within Human Pharma Medicine while working in close collaboration with IT team members and stakeholders to deliver and implement technology solutions in support of our business objectives
This position offers a base salary typically between $75,000 and $122,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements. **Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Conduct analysis of existing technology solutions to develop strategies for enhancement or replacement.
+ Identify and address gaps in the current software landscape and roadmap, evaluating and integrating innovative solutions that improve functionality and architecture.
+ Keep informed of the latest technological advancements and trends in the Human Pharma Medicine space.
+ Function as a liaison between IT and business units, participating actively in the demand management process and ensuring alignment of IT solutions with business needs.
+ Create and maintain documentation of system architecture within system life cycles and in accordance with GxP policies where applicable.
**Requirements**
+ Associate degree in Computer Science or MIS with a minimum of 4 years experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or MIS, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Master degree in Computer Science, MIS, with minimum 1 year of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 4 years
+ Moderate knowledge in current technologies and proven experience in deployment. Focus on digitization and Artificial Intelligence.
+ Must possess the ability to work well with global colleagues, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
+ Moderate knowledge of and experience with life cycle methodology required.
+ Provide solutions in alignment with global IT architecture.
**Eligibility Requirements** :
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
+ Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
