Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing Incident Management, Change Request, Problem Management, Priority Incidents Management and Enhancement Support to Application Management Services (AMS) customers for SAP HCM application with extensive hands-on experience in SAP HCM – OM, PA, TM, PY modules along with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors for LMS, PMGM, RCM & RBS modules. Consulting background is desirable, but not mandatory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Designing: Liaison with Business representatives to understand their Business Requirements and advise them efficient system solutions. If required, guide the clients in re-engineering their Business Processes. Also, educate them on alternatives for system design & advice on how to achieve the desired business outcomes.Client Engagement: As a HCM & SF Expert, must have capability to guide and gage the solutions. Able to analyze the calls to provide LOEs and solutions in the Application space. Ability to guide the team in terms of the Ticket Distribution based on bandwidth of team members & their skill set, including Resolution by leveraging his/her SME Knowledge & Core Technical Skills. The Lead should be confident enough to engage Digital Team Members & Technical Specialists in application related business conversations in a robust manner by clearly articulating issues and suggest the way forward. Must have in-depth knowledge in the modules specified. Setup relevant data within the configured SAP HCM & SuccessFactors space, to showcase to client the end-to-end business process. Collect & process the feedback from Clients, to make necessary system changes. Also extend extensive support to Clients when they test SAP HCM & SF modules in various scenarios, project related functional validations, cross modular coordination for Transport Requests Management in close coordination with Basis team.Application Operations Management: Should be a thorough professional in running client operational meetings as a Tower Lead, provide prompt & confident status updates to clients and follow-up.Team Management: Should be able to handle a team, mentor them, provide technical guidance, as needed.Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP HCM modules from an advisory consulting perspective.Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements (BRDs) to baseline for implementation. Prepare training materials & other documents required for successful completion of the project. Also, for ongoing AMS activities document Lessons Learnt, Root Cause Analysis while handling priority issues.Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

HCM Experience Required:
Ideally a candidate with experience in OM, PA, TM & SAP Payroll with a blend of SuccessFactors - LMS, PMGM, RCM & RBS modules, including understanding about integrations and interfaces (through BIB).Anchor good understanding of HCM business processes with overall Payroll process knowledge including taxation. Experienced consultant with extensive hands-on experience in core SAP HCM modules. The individual requires ability to configure, lead, mentor and direct clients. Should be capable of managing multiple customer systems, identifying and resolving issues and come up with solutions to customer requirements within SAP HCM landscape. In this capacity, the SAP HCM consultant is responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction and provide enhanced support in all the areas of SAP HCM.Should know the end-end processing of Payroll, Pre-DME, DME and Check/Bank transfer process Better to have knowledge on full gross to net payroll calculation. Understanding of payroll background jobs and process models. Experience with payroll reports and custom reports. Good experience in handling year end activities. Should have good understanding and experience of HR integrations with Finance in the areas of Gross to net posting, 3rd party payroll/posting, and HR Payee mappings required for tax authority set-up.Also, desirable to have understanding on Middle Ware like BIB to coordinate for Integrations / Interfaces based technical issues to troubleshoot with collaboration.Experience in various testing scenarios like Unit and Integrations testing. Strong documentation skills around defects and tracking defect resolution.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.SuccessFactors Experience Required:
Hands on experience in SuccessFactors LMS, PMGM, RCM & RBS and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.Minimum 1 End to End implementation or support experience in SF LMS, PMGM, RCM & RBS.Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks and Knowledge in integration of LMS with other modules. Should have understanding and designing SAP-SuccessFactors Recruiting, Modelling and extraction. The candidate should have experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360 including XML knowledge.Also, desirable to have understanding on Middle Ware like CPI / BIB / PI-PO to coordinate for Integrations / Interfaces based technical issues to troubleshoot with collaboration.Certification in SuccessFactors LMS/RCM/PMGM is a plus, but not mandatory. Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision. Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support. Ability to be flexible and must have analytical skills in a problem-solving environment.Key Skills:
Excellent skills in - Planning / Prioritization / Time Management / Attention to Detail / Persuasion / End to End Task Management with Accountability.Passionate focus on customer support and the ability to build long term, successful working relationships with Clients. Strong knowledge of key application functionality, tables and relationships. Deep knowledge of SAP customization/extension methodologies.Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written. Fluency in English is required. Extreme focus on Client satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.Work Location: Hyderabad, India.
