Sr. Supply Chain Solutions Analyst, Continuous Improvement

The Senior Supply Chain Solutions Analyst – CI will lead the development, execution, monitoring, and reporting of multiple continuous improvement (CI) projects within the Supply Chain Logistics Operations group. This role encompasses the full project management spectrum, including process mapping, work and information flow analysis for standardization, automation, and optimization. Additionally, the analyst will evaluate data to assess project efficacy and maintain control measures, always striving for the most efficient solutions. Serving as a primary process engineer, they will drive advancements in Supply Chain Logistics Operations’ processes and technologies.

Essential Functions

Understands opportunities for business process improvement and seeks to learn and document underlying and existing business processes.Test plans and/or test cases (help translate functional requirements/specifications into working test plans and/or test cases)Analyzes different solutions for ROI, CBA, and feasibility to determine best solution.Develops requirements and inputs for predictive, prescriptive, and experimental analyses; evaluates and implements results from said analysesPerforms testing, documenting, reporting, analysis, task fulfillment, and daily communication of improvement project objectivesEstablishes methods and coordinates implementation of new processes and technology throughout the Supply Chain department.Stays current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies that can support process improvement.Presents to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutionsRecords and reports actions taken throughout many departmental processes, for the purpose of analysis support and SOP generationMonitors and follows up on actions required from external parties for existing improvement projects.Designs, illustrates, and publishes flow charts, decision trees, SOPs, charts, calendars and multiple other visualizations in support of documentation, project management and communicationOversees the coordination of all concurrent CI projects, and assists in the weighting and prioritization of all projectsUnderstands the strategic goals of the team, Supply Chain, and organization, and aligns all work with those goalsDetermines and reports the success or failure of implemented improvements, including the definition of metrics and indicators, and analyzing the results of completed projectsConducts Pre and Postmortems on projects, including documenting, evaluating, and reporting lessons learned.Presents updates and recaps of implemented projects to cross functional stakeholdersPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Minimum Qualifications:4 Years   – Supply Chain, IT, Engineering or similar4 Years  – Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Presentation Architecture and/or Statistics4 Years  – Business Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Engineering, Experience managing people/projects
