RBS AGS team aims to maximize the revenue potential of AGS selections and improve global store customer experience. We improve selections availability by addressing drop-off
reasons from source MP to destination MP (Buyability), enhance GS ASINs exposure and ease customer journey in reaching GS ASINs
and making buying decisions (Discoverability and Detail Page IDQ). We are seeking an individual who will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for selections conversion (to GV, GMS) through business analytic approach as a Sr. Business Analyst. We expect you to be with relevant experience/methodology. Key job responsibilities
As an Senior SME of RBS AGS, you will work as an expert to cooperate with various teams of Amazon and drive implementation of programs, to enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth. You will have chance to forecast, plan, implement and control the progress of programs and ensure successful delivery and achievement of goals.
Key Performance Areas:
- Own BU level goals and work with various teams to drive continuous improvement towards the goals.
- Dive deep, find root causes and build solutions
- Eliminate defects through engaging with upstream teams for upstream solution update
- Consider scalability in solution building
- Be creative with new initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement
Basic qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience working in international cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of customer experience, listening to customers' voice and work backwards to improve business process and operations
- Language skill. English can be used as working language.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in advanced SQL, Python, Tableau
- Experience in back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments
- Experience in developing SOP to build mechanism for complicated working process
- Experience in e-commerce product listing & catalog
- Experience handling projects using six sigma or Lean processes
- Knowledge of e-commerce search algorithms including ranking mechanisms, product discoverability, and search optimization techniques
