Responsible for directing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, programs, and budgets to meet company sales profit objectives and optimize market opportunities.
How You'll Create Impact Strategy: Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy to identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies for non-replacement joint restoration solutions.Technology Landscaping Expertise: Conduct in-depth market and technology assessments to map innovative biomaterials, regenerative medicine, and biomechanical solutions.Partnership Development: Forge and manage strategic partnerships with biotech firms, academic institutions, and tech innovators to accelerate joint restoration advancements.Licensing and Acquisition Leadership: Identify, negotiate, and execute licensing agreements or acquisitions in partnership with business development and cross-functional teams to secure cutting-edge technologies aligned with company goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into product pipelines.Industry Insight: Leverage deep knowledge of orthopedics, regenerative medicine, and joint health to drive competitive differentiation and innovation.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate strategic plans and progress to executive leadership, and external partners to secure buy-in and resources.Financial Acumen: Assess the ROI of potential technologies and partnerships, managing budgets and resources to optimize strategic outcomes.Regulatory Awareness: Ensure technology strategies align with FDA and international regulatory requirements for medical devices and biologics.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
