We’re looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to accelerate the success of merchant partners across our Expansion Markets in EMEA—Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and MENA. You will own the full merchant lifecycle on Pinterest, from acquisition and onboarding to long-term growth, helping partners turn inspiring content into measurable business results and unlocking co-marketing moments that spotlight their brands to millions of Pinners.

What you’ll do: Partner Strategically: Work directly with brands to co-develop and deploy high-impact content strategies and co-marketing activations on Pinterest, driving visibility and meaningful results for their business while enhancing the Pinterest experience for Pinners. Build & Execute Acquisition at Scale: Design, implement, and manage scalable frameworks for brands acquisition and onboarding—fueling partner success by helping them leverage Pinterest’s tools, insights, and best practices. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term, mutually valuable partnerships with Merchants, focusing on acquiring and curating high-quality content that delights our global Pinner community. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate intensively with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics, and more) to build solutions that benefit both Merchants and Pinners, ensuring seamless integration and support. Drive Measurable Impact: Hold yourself accountable to key metrics and goals tied to content quality, Merchant engagement, and Pinner outcomes—constantly iterating to improve strategies using data-driven insights. What’s Unique About This Opportunity: Build 0 to 1: The Content Partnership team is entrepreneurial and fast-evolving, offering the rare opportunity to shape strategy, process, and culture from the ground up. Global Impact: Directly drive Pinterest’s most ambitious objectives by scaling engaging Merchant content—your work will influence Pinners’ journeys worldwide. Empower Pinners & Merchants: Help guide the ecosystem powering Pinterest’s inspirational and actionable content, placing you at the center of commerce and creativity. Career Growth: Whether you’re building new programs or leading transformative partnerships, you’ll have high-visibility opportunities to grow your skills, your network, and your influence within Pinterest’s Content Organization. Innovation & Autonomy: With a team only a year old, there is significant freedom to experiment, iterate, and pioneer new ways to bring great content to Pinterest at scale. What we're looking for: An experienced strategic partner manager with a proven track record of building and managing high-impact partnerships in e-commerce, tech, or digital content environments. Highly comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with the ability to drive clarity and execution. Skilled at building trust and rapport both externally and internally, and known for your collaborative spirit and strategic thinking. Passionate about helping partners succeed while delivering meaningful experiences to millions of users. You have experience in at least one of our priority markets (Italy, Spain, Netherlands and/or MENA); proficiency in Italian, Arabic, or Spanish is a plus. Proven experience in strategic partnership (7+ years), ideally in digital content, ecommerce, or tech, with a track record of driving results and scalable programs. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
