The Operational Excellence Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for creating, managing, and supporting process improvement to optimize efficiency and the overall performance across the sales organization to align with Acosta’s strategy and goals.  This may involve delivering research, critical insights, data and systems analysis, and tools on a regular basis that support understanding of business needs and inform key decisions, along with maintaining regular communication with all levels of management and, when needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
