Skills and Requirements Required Qualifications:  Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting and/or accounting within a manufacturing company  Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable  Experience in a manufacturing environment  Experience working within an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP) ex. Reviewing production data, configuring cost models within excel and transferring them into an ERP, as well as forecasting  Understanding of the production work process, including the ability to describe the production order process and procurement cycle from start to finish  Strong experience performing Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Preferred Qualifications:  Proficiency in Microsoft D365 (ERP System)  Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.  Public accounting experience and CPA certification null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
