Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Supply stores with products based on quantitative and qualitative aspects of the product itself and assortment plans, in order to achieve the objectives of the company, following the regional guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible of the planning, purchasing and distributions of the products to the stores in the country
Provide recommendations to the General Merchandising Manager and Retail Director taking various dimensions into consideration like, consumer- & sell-out trends, key product concepts, space management, category analysis
Key player in providing merchandising support for smaller franchise partners throughout the market
Follow and comply with regional teams guidelines in the implementation of Retail Merchandising strategies in line with retail targets
Develop a set of comprehensive Microstrategy reports analyzing product rotation and relevant merchandising KPIs (e.g. Sell-through, Rate-of Sale, Weeks coverage)
Constant improvement of product & assortment plan efficiency
Monitoring replenishment parameters, stock outs, sales, margins, markdowns and sell thru. Special focus on best sellers developing appropriate actions based on risks and opportunities

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
University degree or equivalent education required Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area Minimum 1 years experience in job or job function
