Are you a detail-driven planner who thrives on keeping complex projects moving? As the Sr. Specialist for GNFR Planning & Ordering, you’ll play a key role in making sure our stores are equipped with the right furniture, fixtures, and equipment—on time and on budget. You’ll work across teams and vendors to bring our store experiences to life, one project at a time.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you’ll doManage FF&E planning and execution across multiple store projects, ensuring alignment with design and operational goals.Coordinate vendor orders, deliveries, and installations for graphics, electronics, and display programs.Track project milestones and budgets, identifying risks and resolving issues quickly.Serve as the go-to contact for suppliers, project teams, and internal stakeholders.Ensure all fixtures meet brand, compliance, and sustainability standards.Provide real-time updates and represent GNFR and vendor partners in project meetings.
Basic Qualifications3+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, or inventory management.3+ years of experience operating with budgets and resource availability3+ years of excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and comfort working with large data sets.Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating logistics.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or Business AdministrationExperience in retail or manufacturing environments.
