Sr. Specialist, Vendor Technology Management- Hybrid
**Job Description** The Vendor Technology Management Senior Specialist role has responsibility for supporting the ongoing management of our Company's vendor technology solutions related to Global Talent Acquisition processes. This position will have a focus on the Global Talent Acquisition area specifically supporting our Phenom People vendor but can also support the Talent & Performance space as needed as well as other vendors within those workspaces. This position works closely with Process and Solutions leads within Human Resources Technology as well as the Global Centers of Excellence (COE's) and Operations Teams. The role will support, assess and manage new demand for business requests and identify/recommend alternative solutions related to these functional areas within Phenom People as well as other vendors that support our processes within Workday. This will entail heavy communication, tracking and configuration of the Phenom People application and the supporting vendor systems. This role can also step in and assist with configuration in Workday for Global Talent Acquisition and Talent processes. This role operates in a complex and matrixed environment and is expected to apply Huma Resources functional and technical expertise to drive performance. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Huma Resources team member with project or operational team experience working globally. **Responsibilities** + Primary support of our Company's Global Talent Acquisition technology environment with a heavy focus on the Phenom People system including configuration and testing. Additional support can be needed for our Global Talent Acquisition, Talent and Vendor technology environments. + Knowledge of the China PIPL laws to support our technical workspace with our vendor AJINGA + Authors or facilitates the creation of functional or data integration requirements to effectively enable solutions and partners with IT on implementation + Supports data privacy processes required to be followed as part of system changes and works with Data Privacy Office and data steward to ensure Local and Global Data Privacy and works council approvals are obtained, as required + Works with Solutions, Operations and Center of Excellence leads to define the testing strategies while developing test plans/scripts, and then executing and/or facilitating user testing + Executes changes as required to support ongoing demand based on priorities and assesses the impact of bi-annual system updates. + Serves as subject matter expert to consult with end-users on appropriate system processes and procedures. + Participates in projects and programs where functional processes are impacted, inclusive of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures + Partners with the solution leads, global centers of excellence and IT to enable the evolving technology ecosystem **Education Minimum Requirement** + High school with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in an HR/HRIS/IT/Operations function. 4 years of experience is required with a Bachelors **Required Skills and Experience** + Ability to quickly assess business needs to identify opportunities where HR/HRIS processes or systems can streamline processes or enhance the business strategy + Workday Global Talent Acquisition functional knowledge of systems, processes and programs (cross functional knowledge of Talent and possible other workspaces that work in conjunction such as HCM/Compensation/Integrations). + Ability to translate end-user requirements into technical functionality and vice versa. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. + Ability to act as a change agent and lead others through change. + Ability to work independently and within a team and direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems and translate HR/HRIS issues clearly and articulate into business terms + Juggle multiple priorities and manage expectations of different users and client groups. + Effectively communicate system capabilities and opportunities while demonstrating understanding of client needs and requirements. + Project leadership expertise to manage in a deadline-driven environment + High initiative and creativity with strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills + Demonstrated competencies in relationship management, facilitation, influencing skills, and working globally as well as cross-functionally + A team-oriented style and a collaborative approach to getting work done.
