About the Role

负责OTS部门的供应商管理

Roles and Responsibilities:

负责保险合同和信函打印的日常管理工作：包括合同物料管理、合同质量监控、合同分发与签收管理，信函集中打印管理，协调高峰打印及特殊业务支持等打印供应商对接相关工作（50%）；负责外包服务供应商管理：供应商招标、合同签署及结算、日常SLA监控（20%）；运营TPSA统筹管理：负责统筹和管理运营部门与第三方合作过程中信息安全评估工作，包括TPSA执行情况监控及组织相关培训（20%）；完成主管安排的其他工作（10%）。

Minimum Job Requirements:

大学或以上金融或IT相关专业；拥有3年及以上保险公司运营部门相关经验；对保险行业供应商管理，业务流程，系统架构场景有比较深入的理解；对保险监管要求和内部各类业务的管理制度有充分的理解；出色的跨部门沟通和协调能力，具有在外部压力下开展工作的丰富经验；有保单打印管理工作经验者优先考虑。
