Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal. Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow, and profoundly impact health for humanity. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com **Job Function:** Procurement **Job Sub** **Function:** Procurement Business Engagement Leads **Job Category:** Professional **All Job Posting Locations:** Bogotá Distrito Capital, Colombia **Job Description:** **YE Support** + Plans for YE cutoff dates along with peers in other regions, works with IT, leads training for business partners, GS and BU procurement teams, leads operational metrics calls. + Aligns Procurement cut offs with Finance leads and other functions to drive a holistic view of YE impact to our business users. + Owns YE playbook. **Business Engagement** + Establish regular business reviews on GSP performance, create business presentations on key metrics, strategic projects, facilitate discussions. + End User Communications - Quarterly bulletins for end users. + Consolidation of business requests on GS performance/metrics. + Consolidate all the regional key achievements for the GSP weekly updates to key business stakeholders. + Leads the coordination on the resolution of major issues/escalations spanning across teams/functions. + Leads/coordinates agenda and relationship with the external companies to gain benchmarking and best practices in procurement. **Metrics Review** + Tracking Regional Performance metrics and setting up regular review discussion **Project Governace** + Identifying CI project pipeline, reviewing CI projects and helping them succeed. Providing summary progress updates + Pulls together fully year list of initiatives (top down + bottom up) and works on strategy deployment with regional GSP Service Delivery leadership and teams. **Internal meetings (town halls, visits, etc.)** + coordinating and preparing the agenda and presentations for different kind of internal meetings + Leads/coordinates the strategic planning within the regional function driving the agenda, engagement and execution **Required Qualifications** + Required Minimum Education **:** Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree + 2-5 years of related experience **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** : + (Include any preferred computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc. or abilities that are assets to performing in the role.) + Global Services/Shared Services experience + Sourcing & Contracting Experience (N.America Preferred) – For External Candidates Only + Understanding of Procurement and procurement processes + Experience with continuous improvement and quality, such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology + Excellent communication (oral and written) skills + Languages skills: English (oral and written)
