About the Role

该岗位目标：
1. 协助推进保险产品相关的创新数智工具落地、运行、推广与监测
2. 协助支持保险产品平台的数字化项目管理与日常运营
3. 策划、执行和支持产品推广活动，以推动渠道业务并支持销售队伍的发展

岗位职责：

参与AI产品知识库的搭建、运行、推广与监测

设计、推广、运行与监测保险产品平台的数智化工具，维护工具的迭代上新，并给到创新建议

制作产品推广宣传资料、销售工具和培训资料

岗位最低要求：

全日制本科及以上学历

要求5年及以上的寿险/健康险经验，有产品推动/开发、科技平台运营经验者优先

熟悉保险产品营销工具，有工具开发与运营流程

熟悉寿险/健康险产品、以及熟悉个险（代理人）渠道的运营模式

有较强的沟通技巧和演讲能力

接受新事物且有创新思维，尤其是AI大数据模型领域

熟练掌握各类办公软件，数据分析软件等
