What you’ll be doing

You’ll join our Portfolio Management and Implementation team supporting ongoing Human Resources projects, cyclical activities and new initiatives. This role reports in to the Director, Portfolio Management and Implementation.

You will be accountable for administering and/or supporting HR Programs (e.g. Employee Survey, Year End) and providing project/initiative support to the Portfolio Management team on HR and business initiated projects that enable Human Resources to achieve efficiencies, improve service delivery, and enhance the employee experience. You will also support the HR Team with regular and ad-hoc reporting requests, providing analysis and trends.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Analytical, organization and research skills - Operate independently with minimal direction while keeping team informed of potential problems and/or sensitive issues.
