About the Role
To design and implement branch-level talent development plan and employee engagement initiatives aligned with business strategy and HR strategy, ensuring seamless integration with Group and China Home Office frameworks and standards. Drive AIACN culture, foster employee well-being, and promote culture value through targeted programs and activities.Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Development
Annual Talent Development Planning:
Assist HR Head to design and execute branch-level annual talent development plans aligned with business needs.
Employee Learning Curriculum:
Develop branch level employee annual learning plan, ensuring on-time and effective delivery.
Customised Learning Solutions:
Assist HR Head to create localised training programs (e.g., leadership development, technical upskilling) to address branch-specific requirements.
CHO Program Implementation:
Adapt and deploy CHO-led talent development initiatives within the branch.
People Sustainability
Cultural Deepening:
Following on AIACN framework and national promotion plan, implement CHO-led culture programmes
Engage and support branch management team to drive localised campaigns, programs, and communications to deepen AIACN into employee’s day to day work
Engagement Survey and Activities:
Based on national engagement plan, drive branch level gallup survey, analyse results, and facilitate branch management team to deliver action plans to address feedback.
Plan and execute annual calendar of employee engagement events (e.g., townhalls, iRecognition etc).
Employee Well-being:
Following the well-being frameworks and national promotion plan, implement branch-level acitivities and events.
ESG & DEIB Advocacy:
Following national framework and plan, promote Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives at branch level
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Human Resources, Organisational Development, etc.
5–7 years of working experience, preferably in marketing, education, training or event organization related
Excellent business acumen as well as business-oriented mindset
Proven ability to design and deliver learning programs and cultural initiatives.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills.
Strong structural thinking and critical thinking capabilities
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to directly communicate with senior stakeholders
Familiarity with Gallup engagement surveys, DEIB frameworks, and ESG principles is preferred
Fast learner with curiosity and innovative ideas
