Sr. Specialist, Global Compensation Delivery
**Key Responsibilities** + Lead and support key compensation projects including annual cycles (merit, bonus, LTI), survey benchmarking, and job architecture initiatives. + Ensure data accuracy and validation within Workday; recommend improvements for compensation programs and configurations. + Develop and deliver updates, presentations, and reports to stakeholders while ensuring program governance and global compliance. + Collaborate with HR Operations, Systems, and Global Compensation to align processes and drive transparency and harmonization. + Manage compensation governance documentation, vendor performance, and communication materials to support program visibility. + Contribute to sustainability reporting (CSRD), HR transformation efforts, and continuous improvement of compensation practices. **Key Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. + Minimum of two to five years of experience in compensation management, with a preference of one year in a global role. + Good experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. + Strong working knowledge of Compensation strategies, theories, best practices, and regulations **Preferred Requirements** + Proficiency in Workday Advance and compensation management software. + Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus. **Skills Needed** + Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective governance frameworks. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication and presentation skills. + Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in a global environment. + Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
