Sr. Specialist, Digital Communications

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Communications Specialist to own and streamline customer-facing communications across digital channels. This role goes beyond writing; it’s about ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand across email, web, landing pages, service messaging, and print touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and tactician with strong digital acumen who can support campaign development, web updates, email creation, and day-to-day marketing operations in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop clear, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging across all communication channels—email, website, landing pages, print letters, internal scripts, SMS, and automated customer responses.Partner cross-functionally with design, product, category, and service teams to ensure all communications are accurate, effective, and reflect a seamless customer experience.Create and update digital assets, including webpage content and landing pages, using CMS and basic HTML tools where needed.Build and execute emails using templated tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC); support testing, segmentation, and campaign personalization.Maintain and evolve brand voice documentation to ensure internal consistency across departments.Serve as a key partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all messaging meets regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.Contribute to marketing campaign execution through content coordination, asset routing, and collaboration with channel leads.Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with analytics to interpret results and continuously optimize messaging strategies.Proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies in messaging across the customer journey and recommend solutions.Maintain organized records of messaging assets, customer communications, and campaign documentation.May perform any additional responsibilities or special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred2–4 years of experience in marketing communications, content strategy, or digital marketing roles preferred.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across a variety of formats and customer touchpoints.Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, paid media, and automation).Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC), content management systems, and basic HTML preferred.Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, financial services) is a plus.

Anticipated salary range: $67,600 - $96,510
