Sr. Specialist, Brand Standards and Merchandising Ops

What you’ll doSupport store teams and vendor partners with clear guidance on maintaining merchandising standards and functionality.Act as the key liaison between field teams, category partners, and vendor labor groups to ensure alignment and execution.Monitor and respond to store escalations, vendor reports, and functionality issues.Translate vendor reporting into actionable insights for corporate and field teams.Contribute to the SEI program by supporting audits, surveys, and performance insights.Represent the voice of merchandising operations in cross-functional conversations.Minimum Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in retail or corporate operations.3-5 years supporting operational teamsStrong communication and collaboration skills across teams and vendors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience supporting field teams and managing operational escalations.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with external vendors on merchandising initiatives.What’s in it for you
