**Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Agile Planning Product Team. As part of the DevXOps Product Line, you will enable product teams to deliver value faster to the business by improving platform services that accelerate agile development projects. You will design scalable solutions, create CI/CD pipelines, and implement automation to enhance reliability and efficiency.
**As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will:**
+ Become a member of a high-performing team to deliver reliable and scalable solutions
+ Own the infrastructure and application deployments for Jira and Confluence Data Center, ensuring service availability, responding to incidents, investigating root causes, and collaborating with service engineers
+ Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure pieces that allow scaling to support thousands of concurrent users
+ Improve the upgrade and deployment process to eliminate human touches from the process
+ Operate AWS Cloud infrastructure with Ansible, Terraform, AWS CLI or via APIs
+ Provide Level 2 & 3 technical support for platform issues
+ Set up monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect conditions and remediate before outages occur
+ Define and maintain observability dashboards using Elastic, Grafana, and other enterprise tools
+ Prioritize reusable solutions to maximize efficiency and scalability
+ Document findings to create repeatable actions and automate processes
+ Actively participate in the company's DevOps and SRE communities to share knowledge and best practices
**We expect that you will have:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent experience
+ +5 years of hands-on Cloud/Reliability engineering experience
+ Experience with enterprise-scale applications supporting thousands of users
+ Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, Docker, infrastructure as code, observability, continuous integration/continuous deployment - CI/CD)
+ Knowledge of product development tools and practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
+ Skills in scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell. Experience with other programming languages (Python preferred)
+ Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
+ A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
+ Effective time-management skills

**U.S. Hybrid Work Model**

Expected US salary range:
$114,700.00 - $180,500.00
