What you’ll do

Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura and Lightning Web Components, leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's initiativesTechnical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development and testing (unit and systems), mentoring and helping team membersAssessment of new technologies to integrate with the Salesforce ecosystemDemonstrates expert understanding of functional and non-functional requirementsFacilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectivesSkilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating effortsPromotes transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences, with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness

Who you are

Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), or equivalent experienceA minimum of 4/5 years of experience as Salesforce developer with proven understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIExperience in Lightning and Lightning Web components or any JavaScript frameworkExcellent knowledge of relational databasesExperience using GitHub or other version control softwareAbility to create technical documentationExperience working in geographically distributed teamsExcellent communication skillsFluent English written and spokenStrong team player
