Job Summary
The Sr. Software Development Engineer is responsible for designing and guiding the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular. This role ensures architectural alignment with enterprise standards, oversees component integration, and drives technical excellence across the team. The architect collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, optimize system performance, and ensure delivery of high-quality software aligned with business goals. Experience in software design and integration with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Incenter, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred.
Your role:
Lead the architectural design of web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and Angular for frontend.Collaborate with scrum teams to finalize user story designs, ensuring alignment with architectural goals and development standards.Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality.Provide technical mentorship and guidance to developers on Java, Angular, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.Ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.Design and implement integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Incenter, and D365, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.Plan and manage Program Increments (PIs), including resource allocation, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date architecture documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.Engage with stakeholders including Product Owners, Senior Architects, and QA leads to ensure alignment and transparency.Drive continuous improvement in development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7) where applicable.You're the right fit if:
Minimum Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in software development, architecture, or related areas. No prior experience required with a master’s degree.Preferred Qualifications:Education: Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in software design and architecture, including experience integrating with enterprise platforms.Preferred to have a healthcare experience.Preferred Skills & Technologies:Technical Skills:

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
