FleetPride is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr Software Developer with expertise in ERP systems and a strong foundation in software development to support and optimize our enterprise applications landscape. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software development, a deep understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Support, maintain, and enhance Warehouse Management System (Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management).Configure and troubleshoot Blue Yonder WMS, including workflows, integrations, and performance tuning.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop, test, and deploy custom enhancements and interfaces using modern development tools and APIs.Integrate WMS with ERP and other third-party systems to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.Create and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and SOPs.Lead or participate in WMS enhancements, implementation, and upgrade projects.Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.Provide Tier 2/3 support and training to users across IT and Supply Chain functions.Work with Blue Yonder to install new enhancement/project rollouts and follow up on patch updates for any application issues.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in hands-on software development (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, SQL).Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments.2+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) WMS including -Blue Yonder WMS MOCA commands, Configurations, Page Builder or Jasper Reports, Java, JDA integrator, and Creation of rollout scripts.Experience of working with ERP platforms based on IBM iSeries, SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics.Experienced in working in an Agile ecosystem using DevOps methodologies.Familiarity with EDI, APIs, and system integrations.Excellent Data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, etc.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced in working with middleware or integration tools such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.Certified in Blue Yonder WMS or ERP platform skills.Experienced in integrating WMS with a Parcel shipping system such as ProShip or Nshift.Experienced in integrating WMS with Conveyor systems, RF devices, printers and workstations.Experienced in BY WMS Version 2018 or higher.
