**Description and Requirements**
Job Responsibilities:
1. Data-Driven Decision Support: Synthesize insights from 150+ reports to identify business opportunities or risks, and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
2. AI Project Strategy & Implementation: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal AI projects, from scoping requirements with business teams to defining technical roadmaps. Coordinate cross-functional resources (e.g., data scientists, engineers, product managers) to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions.
3. AI Platform Development: Oversee the construction of an enterprise-level AI platform, integrating tools for data processing, model training, and deployment. Drive platform adoption across business units by identifying use cases, targeting a 20% penetration rate.
4. Process Automation: Identify repetitive business processes (e.g., report generation, data validation) suitable for AI automation, and implement solutions to reduce manual workload.
Job Requirements:
1. Proven experience in data analysis and synthesizing insights from large datasets to drive business decisions.
2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver AI projects end-to-end.
3. Technical expertise in AI platform development, including familiarity with data processing, model training, and deployment tools.
4. Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement AI solutions to optimize business processes.
