Skills/Qualifications\:

Computer Science Diploma or Degree, or related work experience. ITIL Foundation certification or training. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified or trained. ServiceNow Scripting certification or training is a plus ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification is an asset. ServiceNow CMDB implementation experience.  ServiceNow Service Mapping design experience. 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow modules and applications, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc. 5 years of hands-on development experience in general module configuration on the ServiceNow Platform. Strong knowledge and experience in integrating various systems with the ServiceNow Platform, including REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, workflows, etc. Ability to conduct research and development to explore innovative ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and/or migrations. Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, such as Java, C , Python, R, SQL, is highly beneficial. Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and administration, including ITSM Packages, JavaScript, ACL, Workflow, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Glide, SQL, XML, JSON, Version upgrade, and patching.
