为客户提供技术支持和服务（安装调试，维修工作）；负责区域疑难问题的解决和跟进工作；负责区域重点项目的服务（服务合同）对接工作；不断提高综合运用业务知识的能力，并主动培训客户 技术文档建设、更新与管理工作；根据需要，配合其他相关部门的工作；完成区域服务经理安排的工作；
