Sr. Service Engineer
**I. Purpose of Position** 1. Provide multi-channel support for TSS, distributors, operators and customers by technical hotline, email, and other channel as a member of process products technical support team. 2. Responsible for product management as the product expert of service department. **II. Key Responsibilities** Technical Support 50% 1. Online answer customer calls and receptions online and provide accurate solution, then register the details info. into call center system and dispatch process. 2. Solves straight-forward issues and problems by way of remote or online guiding. 3. Summarize the FAQ and share with team members. Expert 50% 1. Responsible for the service capability building of service department and knowledge base construction of dedicated product lines. 2. Be Responsible for FSE competence improvement, participate in competence evaluation system construction, training program development and training courses delivery. 3. Detect systematical quality problems by doing quality survey and system data analysis. Alert manufacturing on products quality control, or propose product improvement direction, or work out complete solution for installed base. 4. Be the contact window of global support team and China service team on escalated technical issues; keep regular exchange to support local service. 5. Involved in new products R&D, NPI launch, especially China for China programs. **III. Education, Background and Skill Requirements** 1. Bachelor degree or above in analytical chemistry/applied chemistry/environmental engineering/hydrology/electronics, automation, etc. 2. 2-3 years working knowledge of analytical instruments and fluency with personal computers is also required. Working experience in industry would be preferred. 3. Can independently apply professional knowledge to solve complicated problems, have technical analysis and practical ability, can diagnose and find root cause, and propose solutions through analysis and hands-on observation. 4. Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin). 5. Must have the ability to work independently, interpersonal and listening skills. Self-motivated, good communication skills, team work spirit and work under pressure.
