+ 8+ years experienced Sr. Scrum Master with 2+ SAFe implementations + P&C Insurance experience is required. + Lead multiple cross functional teams spread across geographies to deliver business value in iterative way. + Facilitate ART and team level ceremonies. + Work closely with Product Manager, RTE, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to achieve defined business objectives in iterative way. + As a servant leader protect the teams from external noise and keep them focused on set goals. + Help teams in resolving the blockers to ensure smooth execution & encourage transparency. + Customize Agile principals to suite nature of work and continuously improve based on feedback. + SAFe/Scrum active certification is must. + Database / SQL knowledge is preferred **Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.** Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
